Recruitment:
Utmost attention is given to recruitment of our personnel in accordance with stringent parameters laid down as an IPF policy which includes education, age, physical fitness and background. The security personnel proposed to be inducted into your establishment will be able bodied men with minimum 10th / 12th fail or pass. The average age of the security personnel shall be approximately between 25 to 50 years.

Screening & Vetting:
Our employees are properly screened and vetted to confirm their qualification, to ensure that there are no criminal records against them and to confirm the place they are living before being recruited into our company.

Vigilant Supervision:
IPF has a multi-layered operations structure that offers the best ‘Supervisor to staffs’ ratio in Chennai. In order to provide quality services, we give a lot of importance to in-depth and active on the ground supervision. We understand the need of a well worked out supervision process to assure that our quality standards are being met and delivered. In this regard, a strong Operations team comprising of Managers and CROs who are equipped with Mobile Phones to carry out checks on all our assignments and staffs on a 24×7 basis. Surprise night checks are conducted by our CROs, middle and senior management.

Training:
It is mandatory for all security personnel to undergo basic SECURITY TRAINING COURSE, which imparts necessary skills to perform their duties with efficiency, utmost devotion and loyalty. In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills, they are taught the rudiments of FIRST AID and FIRE FIGHTING . They also go through an “on the job training” in selected business establishment of our clients for one or two days before they are deployed in any unit.
Post & Site Instructions
Before IPF takes up any assignment, the operations team visits the site to meet the client to understand their needs and service requirement. They will conduct a Site Survey to analyse the possible threats and to establish the required manpower to fulfil client’s obligation. For providing security services, a security design for the premises will be made based on the survey report. A detailed set of instructions including the charter of duties for security personnel and other services will be prepared in agreement with the client.
The client’s expectations on the services we provide, emergency procedures to be followed and other relevant details are documented and given to the staffs engaged at that site.

- Wages get paid between 7th & 10th of every month
